Garmin Approach G6 can be used in any weather due to high water resistance and vibration. Power is provided by a built-in Li-Ion battery. A single charge lasts Approach G6 work up to 15 hours of operation. The device is charged via miniUSB connector, charger into a network of 110 / 220V is included in the price of the device.

The Garmin Approach G6 Lifetime contains in its memory a worldwide database of more than 27,000 golf courses. The device memory contains more than 95% coverage of all existing golf courses. Database golf courses are updated regularly, 2x a year (April / May and August / September). Update courses to Garmin Approach G6 Lifetime records over the Internet through a computer (PC or Mac). The Garmin Approach G6 Lifetime has free access to future updates of golf courses.
