LAN cables
Kabeláž je obecné označení metalických a optických prvků, které se používají jak pro přívod internetu k modemu či routeru, tak i v rámci lokální sítě. Na trhu je několik druhů síťových kabelů - nejvíce jsou zastoupeny CAT.5E a CAT.6, lze však pořídit i vyšší třídu s označením CAT.6a nebo CAT.7. Ačkoliv se dnes neustále rozšiřují bezdrátové přenosy dat, v mnoha případech je lepší kvůli vyšší stabilitě a rychlosti datových přenosů použít na úkor Wi-Fi síťový kabel - například při streamování videa ve 4K rozlišení z NASu do Smart TV.
