Product description

The MikroTik GPERx6 CSS606-1G-2Gi-3S+OUT is a robust outdoor switch designed to withstand harsh weather conditions. It offers an IP66 protection rating and an operating temperature range from - 40 °C to + 70 °C. The unit can be easily mounted on a pole or mast using a hose clamp.

The unit is powered via a terminal screw with an input voltage of 12–57 V or through PoE-IN (802.3bt) 42–57 V via Eth_Port1. Power for other connected devices, such as switches or access points, is provided by (2) Ethernet ports using passive PoE Out up to 57 V with a data speed of 1 Gbps.

If it is necessary to connect devices that require higher data transfer speeds or are located farther from the unit, you can use (3) 10 Gbps SFP+ ports. Connection of specialized IoT devices, such as thermostats or sensors, is possible via (3) DC Out outputs.

Thanks to the screw terminal and SFP+ ports, it is possible to use a hybrid optical cable that combines optical fibers for data transmission and copper wires for power delivery within a single sheath. The main advantage is that only one cable is needed to connect the device.
