Protect your UniFi device with an extended warranty

If you decide to take advantage of the extended warranty, always file a claim on the portal rma.ui.com. Unlike the normal claims process, with UI Care you will receive a replacement for your defective device in advance with a prepaid return shipping label promptly. There is no additional cost associated with the claim and, if the nature of the defect allows, you can use the original device until you receive your replacement. In addition, the replaced product takes over the warranty of the original, so you will not lose your extended warranty and superior access.
