Product description
TL-FC111PB-20 is an optical-metallic WDM (Wave Division Multiplexing) converter from RJ45 to optical SC connector. Its maximum throughput is 100 Mbps FD, which is also adapted to the Ethernet port, which can communicate with your device 10/100 Mbps. The converter can be used up to a distance of 20 km with a single-mode (9/125 µm) optical fiber terminated with one SC connector. The wavelength is 1310/1550 nm (Tx/Rx) and for proper functionality it is necessary to have the best model TL-FC111A-20 on the opposite side, which has opposite Tx and Rx than this model. Due to the higher input voltage, the converter cannot be inserted into the 14-slot chassis TL-FC1420.
PoE out support
Unlike a standard converter, this model allows you to power other devices thanks to the PoE out port on its LAN port with the standard 802.3af, max 15.4 W. This standard is supported by most IP cameras or some Wi-Fi APs.
