UniFi Protect UNVR Instant Kit Instant is sold as a recording device kit including 1 TB 3.5'' HDD and 4 cameras UVC G5 Turret Ultra. It is possible to connect up to 15 cameras in HD resolution, 8 cameras in 2K resolution or 6 cameras in 4K to the UNVR. UNVR is is equipped 1 x GbE RJ45 uplink port and 6 x GbE PoE RJ45 downlink ports with support PoE power supply 802.3af used for connecting cameras. NVR is powered by 230V AC from the mains and its consumption without connected accessories and cameras is 9 W.

Cameras UVC G5 Turret Ultra with a resolution of 4MP (2688 x 1512) are equipped with fixed lens, offering field of view 102,4° horizontally and 54,9° vertically. The cameras include a built-in microphone and 10/100Mbps Ethernet port, which powers the camera via POE 802.3af or passive POE with an input voltage of 37 - 57 V DC. The camera uses IR Night Vision with a range of up to 30 m. Maximum power consumption is only 4 W.
