Ubiquiti UI Care for USW-16-POE, warranty extension

Product description

UI Care is a unique service by Ubiquiti that is currently only available for selected products from the UniFi family in the European Union and in the United States. By purchasing the UI Care service, you extend the warranty period of your device to 60 months. Claims for such products are handled directly through the Ubiquiti portal at https://rma.ui.com for maximum simplicity and speed. In addition, you do not have to send back the claimed product before you receive a replacement and the manufacturer covers the cost of returning the defective item.

How it works

1. Add the required number of vouchers to the order of products that are included in the UI Care program (1 voucher = 1 device)
2. When completing your order, we match the serial numbers with the UI Care voucher
3. After sending the order, you will receive an overview of the serial numbers with the active UI Care program
4. In the event of a complaint, you contact the manufacturer directly for the entire period of 60 months from the purchase
