Elevate the management of your UniFi network with paid professional support from Ubiquiti. Trained personnel will provide you with remote telephone support. The license is always activated for one physical location only. Support staff are specially trained for the design, implementation, and subsequent operation of large installations. An added advantage is having a dedicated staff member who knows the history of your network and can quickly and efficiently assist in resolving any issues that arise.
Support is provided in English for three years, available 24/7. Learn more about how paid support works on the Site Support webpage.
